Swift Placements are recruiting on behalf our of well established CQS accredited legal client based in the North East. Operating for over 130 years they are now looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team in Hartlepool on a full time permanent basis.
Key Duties:
- Attend to clients to give quotes, take instructions and provide updates.
- Work to tight deadlines ensuring a high quality of work.
- Managing own workload, prioritising accordingly.
- Progressing matters accordingly.
Experience:
- Experience working with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing matters.
- Knowledge of freehold, leasehold and RTB matters from initial instruction through to post competition.
- Knowledge running purchase files from start to finish.
- Exceptional client care skills.
- Work well individually and within a wider team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills.
