As a Credit Management & Risk Advisor
You will need to have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent written and communication skills are essential.
- Computer literate
Details:
- Salary: £18000 - £19000
- Working Hours: 9am – 5pm
- Location: Redditch
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Credit Management & Risk Advisor
- Answering inbound calls from our customers.
- Identifying the customer and the level of formality required for the specific contact.
- Identifying the needs to the customer and quickly deciding how to meet and exceed those needs.
- Providing customers with accurate information.
- Updating database with stringent accuracy.
- Using knowledge and experience to provide relevant support and appropriate advice to customers.
- Spotting changes in trading experience patterns and taking relevant actions to confirm pending court actions or other key factors that may be contributing to the change. Informing customers of relevant information as an ‘early warning sign’.
- Carrying our relevant and appropriate investigations and enquiries on behalf of our customers ensuring they have the information they need to make an informed credit decision.
- Offering support and advice on credit related matters, including how make the most out of our customers own internal processes and relating to our service.
