We currently have a fantastic opportunity for Customer Service Representatives / Sales Co-Ordinators to join our prestigious client based in Dorset area. One of the UK’s largest Manufacturers including Plastic Materials, Injection Moulding, Routing and Machining.
Salary £Competitive - Depending on experience
As a Customer Service Representatives / Sales Co-Ordinators you will be joining an already well-established team based in the offices. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound enquiries via telephone, fax and email
- Dealing with quotations and processing orders
- Progress chasing
To be successful in the role of a Customer Service Representatives / Sales Co-Ordinators, you will have previously worked as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Co-Ordinator, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Representative, Customer Support and possess the following qualities:
- An aptitude for figures
- Attention to detail
- Able to work withing a fast paced environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to work as part of a team
- Previous Sales/Customer Service experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
- Previous experience of working within a Manufacturing/Parts environment (Desirable)
This position is based in Dorset and easily commutable from; Bournemouth, Southbourne, Christchurch, Poole, Wareham, Ringwood, Dorchester and Weymouth
