Job Role;
As a Driving consultant for Swift Temp's Recruitment you will be tasked with developing your own desk combining both local and national contracts by supplying the best driving talent on offer. With full training on sales, recruitment, marketing and all other relevant fields this is really a great opportunity for a career change. This role will enable you to build lasting relationships with both drivers and clients who will trust you to support them on a daily basis. You will be working from our head office in St Helens with our team of consultants headed up by our Branch Manager. This role will require continued hard work in all aspects of the role but can be as equally rewarding.
Job Function;
As a Driving consultant you will become a key member of our team driving our business forward with developing our temporary driving plan You will find clients needs and demands and sell certain roles that may be of interest to the best driving talent and listen to the needs of the driver looking for a potential career change.
Must Have Skills;
- Good Telephone Manner
- Ability to act quickly to different drivers requirements
- Confidence to make cold call and visits to potential new clients
- Hard Work Ethic
- Ability to deal with difficult phone calls
- Presentable
- Good Punctuality
- Ability to organise a busy calendar
- Ability to be on rotational on call
Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday 08:00am-17:00pm
- Friday 08:00-16:00
- No weekend working and no overtime requirements apart from on call.
Essential Skills;
- Confidence
- Ability to learn a develop alongside training
- Perseverance
- UK driving licence with business insurance
- Able to adapt to a fast changing environment
Pay Rates;
- £24,000 - £27,000 Depending on Experience.
- Bonuses awarded monthly on a tiered target system
- OTE of £55,000 per annum for the best performers
- With hard work the bonuses can be very rewarding.
- 45p per mile business mileage
- Statutory holidays plus 1 per year of service
- Profit and Loss Bonus Paid Annually
- Company Pension
