The client are a renowned and successful manufacturer of bespoke parts and components - they are seeking to strengthen their team by recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
The role will report to the Engineering Manager and the main purpose of the role is to carry out day to day electrical maintenance of the company production and plant machinery.
As a electrical engineer your duties will be;
- Carry out electrical maintenance and repair of the various machines across the plant
- Carry out PPM
- Ensure breakdowns are kept to a minimum
- Log all work onto maintenance log book
I would be keen to receive your application if you hold the following skills and expertise;
- Have machine maintenance experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Hold an 18th edition qualification
- Electrical systems understanding and knowledge
- A knowledge of mechanical engineering
- Able to work rotating shifts
The role is on a 3 shift (6am to 2pm,2pm to 10pm & 10pm to 6am) rotating weekly
The company are based in Walsall so are easily commutable from Dudley, Wolverhampton, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Bloxwich
