We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Machine Operator to join a fast paced machine shop based in Dorset.
Salary - £10.00 per hour + 20% Shift Allowance on late shift
Shifts
Week 1 – 6am – 2pm Monday – Friday
Week 2 – 2pm – 00:00 Monday – Thursday (Friday off)
As a Machine Operator you will be working as part of a team with the opportunity to grow and progress within the company. Your key responsibilities within this role will include:
- Deburring
- Setting up drills
- Setting up and operating CNC machines
- General Operative duties
To be successful in the role of Machine Operator you will have previously worked as a Machine Operator or Technician or Machinist and possess the following qualities:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Ability to read and understand Technical Drawings
This position is based in Dorset and is easily commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Hamworthy and Upton
