Receptionist Administrator

We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist Administrator in the Stourbridge Area.  Our Client are an innovative and expanding Company and you will be joining a successful team

As a Receptionist Administrator you will need to have:

  • Receptionist and administration experience
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Strong customer/patient service skills

Details:

  • Salary: Circa. £17000
  • Working Hours: 9am-5pm
  • Location: Lye, Stourbridge
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a Receptionist Administrator:

Reception Duties

  • Front of House Reception
  • Meet and Greet all visitors
  • Answering the switchboard
  • Postal duties

Administration Duties

  • Provide efficient admin support to all departments
  • Supporting with general administration
  • Support health and safety requirements
