We are recruiting for an experienced Receptionist Administrator in the Stourbridge Area. Our Client are an innovative and expanding Company and you will be joining a successful team
As a Receptionist Administrator you will need to have:
- Receptionist and administration experience
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Strong customer/patient service skills
Details:
- Salary: Circa. £17000
- Working Hours: 9am-5pm
- Location: Lye, Stourbridge
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Receptionist Administrator:
Reception Duties
- Front of House Reception
- Meet and Greet all visitors
- Answering the switchboard
- Postal duties
Administration Duties
- Provide efficient admin support to all departments
- Supporting with general administration
- Support health and safety requirements
