Our client is an award winning, Legal 500 firm offering a range of services across six offices in the midlands. Due to growth within the company, an exciting opportunity to join the Residential Property team has become available on a full-time basis! Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Job role:
- Responsible for a varied portfolio of residential property transaction types, including sales, purchases, country properties, re-mortgages, shared ownership, right to buy, leases and easements.
Experience:
- Previous experience working within residential property.
- Highly organised, proactive and driven.
- Ability to deliver outstanding client service.
- Ability to develop good working relationships through networking.
