Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Accrington
Salary: £70k per year

Join our client’s team in Accrington, where innovation and excellence drive every aspect of their operations. I am seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Supply Chain Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing their procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Management: Evaluate vendor performance, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Data System Management: Maintain and update ERP systems with accurate purchasing data.
- Departmental Management: Set objectives, assign tasks, and provide leadership to the procurement team.
- Stores & Logistics: Collaborate cross-departmentally to optimise logistics operations and maintain quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to the supply chain processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in supply chain and purchasing management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Die Shop or Machine Shop industries is advantageous.
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
