Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be based in our workshop. You will work closely within the workshop and on territory, alongside our Territory Product Support Managers, and our factory in Germany, to provide rapid and accurate solutions to technical issues.
The candidate should have:
Sound technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, ideally with forage harvesting and baling experience.
Experience with electronic systems would also be desirable.
Ability to work anywhere in the UK, assisting with on territory machine demonstrations.
Proficient operator of agricultural equipment.
An excellent communicator, who works with a structured approach and can confidently handle multiple jobs.
An understanding and appreciation of agricultural practices.
Job Type
Full Time, 8am-5pm Monday - Friday plus additional hours where necessary. Occasional travel to Germany.
